An Inclusive, Leading, Youth Organization
HM Youth Foundation was established in order to provide Black, Indigenous, racialized and marginalized youth an environment in which they can reach their fullest potential. Through an Anti-Black Racism (A.B.R.), Inclusion and Equity lens, we are committed to empowering B.I.P.O.C. and 2SLQBTQIA+ youth in need. Youth have so much to offer to the world - we believe in their power and know that they will mould future generations to come. At HM Youth Foundation, we are here to give at risk youth between the age of 8-23 the support they need in order to shape them into leaders of the future. We have a number of educational programs, including our Student Family Advocacy program to assist Black youth in achieving their educational outcomes where Student Family Advocates (S.F.A.) will support children and youth. They will be coached and mentored to understand A.B.R. and how to counteract and heal microaggressions in their school life. HM Youth Foundation will assist linking youth to other community support services they need including life skills, financial literacy, and preparing for post secondary support. We will help youth get involved in leadership initiatives in their schools and community. HM Youth Foundation will nurture the children and youth we support and help them develop the skills they will carry throughout their lives.

HM Youth Foundation is committed to keeping children and youth safe within our programs. All face-to-face meetings, groups and sessions follow Health and Safety policies and protocols ensuring physical, psychological and emotional safety for all.

We are honest.
We are kind.
We are leaders.
