​Xuan brings over 20 years of Human Resources experience in the non-profit sector, shaped by a lifelong commitment to community and collective care. Inspired by her grandparents—respected Elders who believed in giving back—Xuan grew up volunteering and supporting others, learning early the value of small acts of kindness and their lasting impact.

 

Her passion lies in building communities where every child has the opportunity to grow, thrive, and realize their dreams. Guided by the belief that “it takes a village,” Xuan blends her professional expertise with her dedication to fostering connection, care, and equity for all.
